Susan Tsvangirai was killed today in a car crash whilst traveling with her husband who also sustained minor injuries in the accident on the way to their home south of Harare. By all accounts her death will be a great loss to her husband, children and people of Zimbabwe. Robert Mugabe and his wife have been to visit him in hospital. It can only be hoped that this was not a case of fowl play for the sake of peace and stability in the country.
